No right of withdrawal for perishable goods
All products from Sweet Trio are made individually, fresh, and to order. Pursuant to Art. 40f of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for perishable food items and custom-made products.
Defective or damaged products
If a product is damaged or the wrong item was delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing trio and including a photo of the product.
After review, a replacement or refund may be issued.
Returns will not be accepted without prior contact.
Non-refundable
Products that have been opened, used, or partially damaged cannot be exchanged.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
